this-could-be-my-year asked: hi, im wearing a dark blue, strapless dress with sparkles across the top for formal. im wearing my brown hair in a low bun and i have silver dangly earrings to wear. but i have no idea whether to do my make up in neutral colours, or like a smokey eye with this subtle glitterly eyeshadow. HELP
